Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the SaaS applications, software development services, and related technology solutions provided by Pytact Solutions ("we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use our services.
Services Description
We provide comprehensive software development services including web application development, mobile app development, cloud infrastructure setup, API development, database design, and ongoing maintenance and support services.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely feedback, and necessary access to systems and data required for project completion. You must also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. We typically require a deposit before project commencement, with milestone payments throughout the development process and final payment upon project completion.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you will own the intellectual property rights to custom-developed software and applications. We retain rights to reusable components, frameworks, and methodologies developed during the project.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your business information, trade secrets, and project details. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without your explicit written consent.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or software.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you will be responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date, and we will deliver all completed work and documentation.
Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Pytact Solutions is registered. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
